Returns Policy

If you have purchased an item from us from that is too small or too big you may exchange for the required size needed or store credit for the item value. You must enquire within 7 days of receiving your item, after that time you will not be liable for exchange.

Once you have informed us of your return you have 14 days to return the item back from when you receive your item.

Item must be unworn, in its original packing with tags still attached.

Customer will cover postage fees for returning the item. We advise the customer to return parcel by recorded delivery for their peace of mind and ours.

Customs

If there is custom charges when returning items the customer is responsible for paying. We will not accept the parcel until these fees have been cleared.

When returns are not valid.

Returns or exchanges are not valid on the following brands/Items-

Sonata- Sonata is a handmade, custom brand which is ordered and made especially for the customer. This also includes items from our School Collection which is handmade to order by this brand. 

Ela- Ela is a brand that is only pre order so each item is ordered in especially for the customer.

Personalised items. This means back packs, baby bags, dummy clips etc. These items are handmade to order and personalised with names or initials.

Sale Items.

Payment plans.

Swimwear.
